3. Physical Products

Shipping estimates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Initial concepts remain the intellectual property of FBPDesigns.
  • Final artwork rights transfer only after full payment, if specified in the agreement.
  • FBPDesigns reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, or marketing materials unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

All artwork, graphics, illustrations, photographs, logos, branding, website content, product designs, and other creative materials are the property of FBPDesigns unless otherwise noted.
